these high-fructose corn syrup commercials are driving me mad!!
"you know what they say about high-frucose con syrup!"
"what? that its made of....corn? and has the same amount of calories as sugar? and that its fine in moderation?"

they make it sound like its practically a serving of vegetables!! why dont they say its highly addicting?? or that it is related to obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol? or that its modified sugar, cheaper for them to make, and worse for your health. UGH!




right, so its saturday, in the life of courtney this translates to CLEANING DAY!! so dishes and laundry it is. i also just moved the grill into the barn all by my lonesome. i am like the she-hulk or something, superhuman.

theres a house marathon on today. i just discovered i liked this show oh...thursday. and now i cant tear myself away from the tv!!
