one of them

i have become one of "them", those people who cant live without their phone. and its not even because i am addicted to texting or have a lot of people calling me. no, its because now that i have an iPhone, i live by the calender. all kinds of photos that are irreplacable. every appointment i have is in there. everyones contact info. important notes. all my learn spanish podcasts (well, those are in itunes too). it is just craziness. i even updates this thing from it. i literally dont know what id do without it. how sad.

today was my first official "vacation day". After getting back home from DB's I checked the basement for flooding, because of frantic phone calls and crazy rain here. Then I went to this new fancyschmany mall a couple of towns over with my cousin and her kids. We ended up at one of those "Playplaces" for kids inside the food court. I dont know why they call it "Playplace", 35 screaming kids in a small room should be called "Birth Control".
Post window shopping we went to Bertucci's. Her son is SO SMART. He is not quite four. Today he asked me why Kona was scared and hiding under the chair at the parade. He meant the Labor Day parade. In September. She was terrified of the fire trucks. This is after he asked me if turtles were amphibians. To which I truly didnt know the answer, but thats what I would have called them!

I have felt sick to my stomach off and on all day. Now I just want to sit and watch scrubs and wait for the boy to come home from work. Got the pups new bones and Chloe a new sweatshirt from Petco because she wont stop GROWING!!
