Ahh February Vacation. 8 days left of waking up late, laying around,
playing with the dogs .
The kids were crazy yesterday, anticipation of this blissful week
break us too much for them to keep their behavior in check. Except for
one girl in my 6th period class- she baked me a cake. A CAKE! Despite
her failing last term, her mom coming in to yell at me for her failing
last year, I have maintained my status as her favorite teacher.
Over break, my intent is to find some innovative ways to teach
polynomials. I love polynomials, however most 15 (and 16 and 17) year
old freshmen do not.
Also currently looking into grad schools and the GRE for me. Wish me
luck, because like usual I have no idea what I am doing!!
