1) I did my first triathlon in approximately 4 years, surprisingly i didnt drown!!:
2) i also experienced, for the first time, what it feels like to blow up in a 5k. my mile splits were 6:30, 7:30, 6:55 and i almost regurgitated to pull out that last STUPID SEVEN MINUTE MILE. Epic Fail.

3) my awesome, awesome boyfriend got me the new MacBook!!! this probably should be number one on my list, because without it, this blog entry could not happen!! i feel all technological and hip on it!

I am doing RAGNAR Boston in September with 5 Twitter-ers (Tweeters? Tweeple?), we are running from New Haven to Boston. Josh and Jamie are on the team, too. Its going to be kind of awesome:

Be careful you don't go out too fast! I've been to New Haven and getting out of town quick can be an understandable feeling!

hi! I just got your twitter message but can't access twitter from work...but wanted to get in touch with you before you book a massage room! Since i asked you about Tues, I have now signed up for a yoga class Tues afternoon so don't go out of your way to book a room! Sorry - my schedule is wacky! Did you say you're interning in Newton now too? I live close to there and could always meet there too if that's a possibility!
