i know, i know, i need to update! we went to new orleans, and it demands its own entry! which i wil get to, when i have some time, because i took so many pictures (which you can find on facebook). been smushing all my workouts in this week because i missed monday, due to our 7hour flight delay.
oh and my legs feel better running thanks to a PR running visit.
and..tonight we are going to dinner with dawn and nick!
and..i will try to update after my swim tonight. and use the correct amount of ".'s" in an ellipses, too!
